Service Description

We will work together to bring about positive change in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour and social functioning. Psychotherapy can help individuals improve their thoughts, feelings, moods and behaviours that are adversely affecting their day-to-day lives, relationships and the ability to enjoy life. I will often include somatic psychotherapy, this is known as body psychotherapy, it is a therapeutic approach that places importance on what we experience in the mind and the body as well as the connection between the two. Somatic psychotherapy, is a holistic therapeutic approach, incorporates a person’s mind, body, spirit, and emotions in the healing process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of regular fee; with the exception of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Thank you.
